Clean, quiet and super comfy in a Premier plus room. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great for one night stay close to Stansted airport - convenient shuttle bus 4 pounds every 30mins to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

It was a good stay - easy check-in, clean, comfy room. It had a slight smell. I arrived after midnight and was worried that my room would have been given away. I called maybe ten times earlier in the day, and no one ever answered. But in the end, check-in was no problem, quick, and easy. I took the shuttle bus from the airport. It costs 4 pounds, but they do now accept cards. I had read that the shuttle was cash only, but that is no longer the case.

La chambre était très propre et le personnel très sympathique. La navette de transfert à l'aéroport nous a déposé au pied de l'hôtel, il faut compter 4£ par adulte pour chaque transfert (gratuit pour les moins de 18 ans). Le petit déjeuner était complet et bon.

Check in was a little difficult since the required booking reference/qr code for digital check in wasn't included in the booking email. Fortunately the staff were helpful and able to check us in manually
