Business

Looks great from the outside but basic inside. Big walk in shower but then only a hand held outlet that dribbled out. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the bar doesn’t open until 5 so before then the check in staff serve you beer. So I finished work at 4.30pm wanting a beer and had to stand in a 20 min queue of people checking in to get a beer! By the time I sat down with it the bar was then opening!

The hotel is great, overall, with it being close to rail transportation, you can get into the heart of Stockholm in 20 minutes. My only complaint is that their "Sky Bar" is only open 3 days a week... in the MIDDLE of the week! Are you kidding me? I would love to stay there again, but they need to rethink their Sky Bar days open, because there really isn't anything nearby to grab a drink if you're not wanting to drink in Stockholm before coming back to your room. Breakfast is included and had plenty of food... so bonus! I had to take it down from 5 to 4 stars because of the Sky Bar issue... in hopes they receive feedback and take it into consideration.

Skybaren var stängd vilket var lite tråkigt då vi hade sett fram till att besöka den. Även köket/baren nede stängde tidigt ett par dagar, något som gjorde att vi fick sitta i lobbyn och dricka vin. Stod parkerad 200 meter från hotellet (Kistamässans parkering, eftersom hotellet inte har egen parkering). På morgonen hade bilen bredvid fått däck/fälgar stulna, vilket gav en lite obehaglig känsla. Har bott här tidigare och var väl mer nöjd sist. Oavsett så är det ett bra hotell
