I had a wonderful stay at this place. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the ocean view from my window was absolutely breathtaking. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also really enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back again!

Great experience! The room was spotless, and the ocean view was spectacular. The staff were so kind, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. I originally stayed for a few days and planned to move to a beach-side accommodation for the rest of my trip. However, I loved this hotel so much that I decided to cancel my plans and stay here for an extra week instead! I had a fantastic time and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

El hotel es hermoso y la vista desde el balcón espectacular. Excelente ubicación. El estacionamiento era demasiado caro. Una de las sábanas estaba sucia o manchada, sin embargo respondieron rápido y me enviaron más sábanas limpias. El área de la piscina es muy bonito y el gimnasio muy completo.

Very spacious room and best location in the city. When travel with family, this can be taken as second home. We booked 2 bedrooms apartment and it came with THREE bathrooms, in living room and in each bedroom! Next time we go to Miami, we will stay here again. Just wish this kind of service available in each big city in Europe and USA. 😊

Room was perfect. But a change in my plans required me to stay another day. Called thrice to see if I could extend. Message thru Expedia. Emailed. Zero response. Asked for a late check out at least. Zero response. Ended up checking out and staying in another hotel. Customer service was literally nonexistent.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Always greeted in lobby and elevators with a smile. Fitness room and restrooms were always clean. My room had an exceptional view and basics for our 5 night stay. Our room was booked for 2 queen beds with a family of 4. Upon check in and ready to settle in after a long day of travel, 1 king bed and a "sofabed" which turned out to be like a pullout futon style bed. This was not enough to accommodate 4 people to sleep for 5 nights. Apparently there was a mistake with the posting and nothing could be done, as everything was fully booked over the holiday week. I was offered a mattress to be brought into our room but declined, due to the reason that the studio was already a tight space with no room. We made our sleeping arrangements work and made the best of our stay, but did not sleep comfortably as inteneded. There has been no response from anyone to resolve this matter.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds, was given a room with a king bed which did not meet our needs , was promised an air mattress, but it didn't arrive until the 2nd day and later than promised, so we wasted half a day waiting for it and there was no bedding provided. Very uncomfortable. Hotels.com and Stay Hospitality were less than helpful.

The room was very clean. I can't complain about anything. The room was up to my expectations. I had no problems with my stay. The bed was so comfortable. I felt safe .Everything was in walking distance as far as shopping and eating spots. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. This will be my vacation spot. Listing does not mention that whenever someone in the building runs water the room will sound like a train horn. This happened consistently for us, 2am wake ups that lasted 20 30 minutes of this noise. Also apartment was surfaced cleaned. Walking around our feet turned back and so much hair that wasn’t ours. Mngt from the app guesty was zero help with the noise, offered to move us to another room where the same noise was happening or a room clean. Neither of those would solve being woken up and kept awake by the water pipe noise. Overall good location and hotel building was great and so was the pool. Just the individual unit needs some help or at least some notice that you won’t be sleeping well
