地點不錯， 與賭場相近，但房間不提供牙刷， 洗髮水也沒有，但商場中心有售，要破費了， 商場食肆一般，中菜點心令人失望

什麼都沒有....想不到最基本的設備如WIFI, 水, 牙刷.....等全部都冇. 雖是全球最大的酒店, 但在旅客的角度是沒有意思. 因為只是一間什麼都沒有, 只有簡陋和基本的牀, 廁如此!

房間非常舊，極度需要重新裝修，燈光昏暗，沒有WiFi。拖鞋、牙膏牙刷、洗頭水、護髮素等需要自備。自助check in同check out好方便，只要多付5馬幣即可提前入住。

It's the world's largest hotel, and possibly one with the worst service. The front desk aren't helpful at all, and they don't really give you any eye contact, instead they just chit chat with each other while they are assisting the guests. Went to the information to ask to book the limousine, the staff told me to just get a taxi! I told her I want the limousine service of the hotel, she pointed to the public phone and asked me to call that department myself! Appalling service! Rooms were super basic, I've stayed in the Superior Deluxe room for a night, stating that there will be amenities provided, but when I got to the room, there was no toothbrush, I called and was told I need to pay for toothbrush!? What type of service is that?! Also, the rooms are so tired that the paint are peeling off the wall, the windows can't close properly, so the noise of the wind is extremely loud and night and you cant sleep! Room was not cleaned properly, there were filthy ball of hairs on nearly every corner of the room. Will never want to come back here again!
