We have stayed at this hotel before without any issues. However, our last stay from 2/9 to 2/10 was less than ideal. There was a loud party in the bar that lasted until after midnight. When my husband finally went to the front desk, the staff member there told me there was nothing she could do and that it was up to the bar manager. When the bar manager came over, she claimed that the bar is officially open until 1am and that nothing could be done as long as customers were present. The problem is that the foyer area where the bar is located opens up to the second floor, making it impossible for both first and second floor guests to sleep while the loud party is going on. If this is indeed the hotel policy, this "feature" needs to be properly disclosed.
Things did quiet down eventually, but we had a long drive ahead of us the next day, and the only reason we paid for our room was to have an uninterrupted night of sleep. Not being able to sleep until well after midnight and having to walk down to the front desk to argue with the hotel staff was not part of the plan. I welcome the hotel representative to clarify their hotel quiet hours policy.
