The Numa online help is the worst!! I was on chat for over 2 hours seeking help and I never got adequate help. It’s was so frustrating. I got passed to other staff, then had to start explaining all over again and then the help sometimes went dormant. The building is hard the find even to the taxi driver, doesn’t look good from the outside, but ok inside. The beds are too low and very hard, unit was clean, bath towels are hard and thin. AC units were hard to operate due to limited instructions. One room was hot and our other room was freezer and the ac wouldn’t shut off. This is fine for college students up to 30’s. Not middle aged adults. I booked 2 rooms and they were in different floors. Most places have rooms at least on the same floor if not side-by-side. Rooms don’t all look as good as the picture. I will not turn.
