Everything was just right for me, from the room with a view, to the breakfast buffet, to the friendly and helpful personnel. I enjoyed my stay very much and would consider returning to the property on my next trip to Assisi. It is also very nice that the property is very close to the Piazza Comune, the center of town, and close to many of the important churches in Assisi as well as to good restaurants within walking distance.

O hotel está situado no coração do centro histórico de Assis, a poucos passos da Piazza del Comune. Trata-se de um hotel com instalações e mobiliário mais antigos, mas tudo é muito bem conservado, confortável e funcional. Em nenhum momento isso comprometeu a qualidade da hospedagem; pelo contrário, contribui para o charme e a atmosfera histórica da cidade. A limpeza é impecável e merece destaque. Os funcionários foram muito acolhedores e receptivos durante toda a estadia. Outro ponto alto é o café da manhã, simplesmente excelente. Muito completo, variado e com produtos frescos. Havia croissants, bolos, opções salgadas, frutas, cereais, geleias, diferentes tipos de café e diversas outras opções. As atendentes responsáveis pelo serviço do café da manhã foram especialmente atenciosas e gentis. Pela localização, limpeza, conforto e qualidade do atendimento, considero que o hotel atinge um nível de excelência.
