Thank you for the wonderful service during my stay. Everything was clean, well maintained, and truly comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which made the experience even better. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel, and I will definitely choose it again in the future and definitely recommend to others.

The hotel has exceeded my expectation. Staff was always available whenever i needed something. I stayed at this hotel for a week on a solo trip to Dhaka city. Location is a short ride from the airport. Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and ever so helpful. Room was nice, clean, and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty. Area around the hotel was a little noisy, but that was OK for me. I would definitely stay here again.

I was initially reluctant to book as it’s so new however the staff here were really helpful. The rooms clean and house keeping were keen to deliver really quick. Very impressed with how we have been treated as guest. The pick up from the airport was smooth. The location of the hotel is also central and 10/15 minutes away from the airport. I would recommend staying there.

Staff for the majority was great, there was unfortunately no pool access, great bed and western amenities. Felt safe and secure most of the trip, giving 3 stars because a male staff member was able to access our room and came in one night at midnight, not sure what the intent was but they left when my husband yelled in the dark for them to leave.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. They were very attentive and did everything to make our stay pleasant from the moment they picked us up from the Airport. The room was nice and clean. Only downside, the hotel is still going construction work and all the floors are not fully operative. Just a bit disappointed, this should’ve been mentioned on the Hotels.com website. I’m sure once fully operational, it will be a decent place. But overall, we were happy with our short stay.

Roof-top pool shown in listing and in pictures DOES NOT EXIST. I do not mean it was closed for the season. I went to the roof as nd it is not there. The pool was a main reasons I booked this propery.

The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. I stayed here twice, first at the start of my holiday and then at the end. The rooms are of a good standard, comparable to a good western hotel. Breakfast was also very nice with plenty of variety. The hotel is currently being refurbished throughout and the hotel is taking its time to make sure they have every detail right. Even so, you would not notice any of this work going on. By the summer it should have been completed and will include a swimming pool. When I come back to Bangladesh I will be sure to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone coming here.

There was NO shuttle available and the staff spoke little English. Upon contacting the Hotel I was advised shuttle only from Hotel to Airport - I had to make my own way there in the first place? No buffet breakfast available due to low occupancy. The room was average despite being classed a 5* hotel. Tea making facility in the room was poor with plug for keetle at floor level and no Tea bags.The Hotel needs to remove SHUTTLE from their description. I would NOT book this Hotel again.

We were visiting Bangladesh from Canada. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel internationally. The check in time was very delayed. They could not give us a meal after we ordered one. The toilet did not flush properly, Washroom door did not close. Our room’s faucet/shower only had hot water. The staff and general manager were liars and did not give any apology. There is no shuttle service although they advertised this. I would give this place a 0 star if there was an option for this.
