La habitación que nos tocó, estaba agrietada, por dentro se oía cuando rugía la pared de que se estaba rajando. Nos pasamos sin dormir un día entero por el ruido. Al día siguiente pedimos otra habitación para poder dormir porque se seguía escuchando y casualmente las demás habitaciones estaban bloqueadas.. todo lo demás estuvo perfecto, las mujeres de limpieza, el socorrista, las personas de recepción... Pero el apartamento estuvo fatal, se oía muchísimo el ventilador, la vasija..

Todo el personal muy amable , la piscina muy bien la comida de buena calidad . La verdad que necesita un arreglo por qué yo que bajaba por las escaleras estaba todo eso en muy mal estado agrietado se veía el techo como que se había mojado y no lo arreglaron ,muchos tramos de las escaleras sin luz que no vez nada por la noche . Los animadores geniales muy cariñosos y familiares con los niños . La habitación limpia , pero también necesitaba una buena pintura y arreglar un pco los techos los colchones no eran muy buenos pero se podía dormir . Me divertí mucho y lo pasamos muy bien pero hay muchas cosas que mejoraría

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht Zimmer gut, so wie wir es gebucht haben. Leider die Lage des Zimmers nicht so gut, über uns die Bar, sehr laut und daneben der Fahrstuhl, fährt den ganzen Tag und auch laut. Das auch schon zum 2. Mal. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Riosol was better than expected, rooms needed a face lift but pool area was great pool was nice and warm

Rømte fra regnet i Las Palmas

Jeg hadde et fantastisk opphold. Rommet mitt var romslig, flott balkong med nydelig utsikt ut over dalen og stranda. Personalet var fantastiske! Hotellet var rent, ryddig og maten var veldig bra. Hotellet ligger høyt oppe, så om du tenker å gå opp og ned til stranda eller byen vil du få trent bra. Taxi er heller ikke så dyrt. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.
