The property is exactly as pictured. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, Ocean Drive, grocery store, and shopping/dining. The unit is off the main street just enough where it is quiet. I used Expedia to book this unit. All communications afterwards came through a third party email travelstation or guesty. You are also required to do an online check in, again this is through another third party website. Upon arriving, security is an issue. The main front gate is always unlocked. The glass doors to the lobby is secure requiring code, but the emergency stairs doors are also unlocked. Someone can easily walk thru the main gate and go up the stairs. The unit is nicely decorated and equipped. All the things in the kitchen you need that you can think of. The only issue was the dishwasher needs to be screwed down. With the doors open and racks out, it falls out of the counter. Most of the unit is clean. The tile floor and grout could use a deep clean along with the couch. Overall, I would rate this a sold 4 for the unit, but the communications or disclosures could use alittle more work.
