What I am about to write is not to criticize the motel, is more for you to know what you're getting into.
Breakfast: Frozen breakfast sandwich, various small box of cereal or packs of oat milk, yogurt, small juice box, coffee and milk. That's it. There no warm food, nor bagel or sweet bread. There sitting area is in the same spot where the check in is. It very small. Only 8 ppl can sit inside. There is only 1 microwave. That the downside of it.
Parking: The parking spots under the motel, there only a few and the space is very small. They do have parking in the side but is only like 8 parking spot.
Beds: The Queens size bed are not actually queen side. It more like a full size bed. If two ppl sleep in it, it will be a tight. Also there no sofa bed.
Cleaning: is ok. Not the best but ok. The tub and toilet was not fully clean.
Room: Small. There is a small fridge, small microwave, small TV, shelving storage wood for you clothes. No coffee to make, no drawer,
Environment: Staff are nice and the area is clean. It was quiet during the night time.
A/C: Work so well.
Wi-Fi: If free. Front deck will provide you their password, if you ask.
Deposit: Yes, you have to pay $100 deposit.
Beach: One min walk to the beach. Motel is almost in the end of the boardwalk. It take 40-45 walk to Dorchester St. (Is where mostly the special event are being done or presented.)
Pool: I didn't use the pool but I did see a guy cleaning it everyday. The pool is open 9a-9p.
