Its a bit of a strange one to assess as ultimately we couldnt stay there as they were fully booked and didnt appear to expect us (despite us holding a confirmed booking through Hotels.com and briefly communicated with them about an airport shuttle collection). To their credit they did arrange a stay in the hotel next door although this didnt have the amenities we expected from our original booking e.g 2 single beds. The airport shuttle didnt turn up even though we had given them our flights details as requested. We therefore had to make our own arrangements for transfer at 1 o'clock in the booking. No explanation or apology was given by the reception. All a bit shambolic. However we eventually did end up with a bed and it was very cheap - which is why i bumped the review upto 2 stars.

My wife and I had the most wonderful weekend staycation at this beautiful 3-star hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were mesmerized by the elegant décor and the serene, peaceful ambience. The hotel has a charm of its own – calm, quaint, and welcoming – setting the perfect tone for our getaway. The hospitality was simply impeccable. Every member of the staff we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. It’s rare to experience such a seamless blend of professionalism and personalized care, but this hotel delivers it with perfection. Our mornings were made extra special by the scrumptious buffet breakfast at their restaurant Del. The spread was absolutely delightful – from fresh fruits and baked goodies to a variety of hot dishes, each bite was packed with flavor. It was truly one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The beautiful ambience, thoughtful service, and outstanding dining made this a weekend we’ll always remember.
