This is an honest review from a single woman traveling by herself: I cannot say that all of the stuff but pretty much all of the stuff harassed me during my stay. I understand that this could be a part of the culture and maybe it’s allowed, but it shouldn’t be coming from staff to guests. Not to point any fingers, but the most intense one was the spa manager. The try to hide it with politeness but their respect line is clearly blurry. So besides being uncomfortable all the time, it was also a real shame that the beach dock was closed, I was really looking forward to that. There’s also loud noise until 12 midnight every night, so you can’t sleep before that. And the food is good but becomes pretty repetitive if you’re staying for a longer time. The gym facilities are abandoned, but I guess they serve their purpose. Also, nobody knows English. I’m not going back. Don’t take me wrong though, not everything was bad. It was just a real shock for me because I do travel a lot, and I’ve never lived an experience like this before.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel. Alles, was angeboten wird, funktioniert. Gepflegte Anlage, saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Meerblickzimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Größe war ausreichend, eher im unteren Bereich, aber gemütlich. Von den Nachbarn war nichts zu hören. Würde ich durchaus wieder so buchen. Klimaanlage einwandfrei, neuwertige Matratzen (eher mittelhart), gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen (inkl. viel Fisch vom Grill und aus der Pfanne beim Mittag und Abendessen.) Die Lebensmittel sind frisch, das Obst hat den richtigen Reifegrad. Auch zu Stoßzeiten keine Warteschlangen am Buffet, es wird immer sehr schnell abgeräumt. Sehr gutes Personal in allen Bereichen, egal ob Rezeption, Gastro, Animation..Gäste werden auch aktiv angesprochen, ob sie Wünsche haben. Abendanimation gibt's bis ca 23h30 (Shows, anschließend etwas Tanz), danach ist es schön ruhig. Angenehm durchmischte Gästestruktur, mittelständisch. Das Liegenreservieren hält sich in Grenzen. Egal, wann man kommt, finden sich immer ein paar Liegen, ob am Pool oder am Strand. Das Hotel ist kompakt, die Wege sind kurz. Es gibt mehrere Zonen im Garten zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Die Strandbar wurde zu meinem Lieblingsplatz. Man kann dort den ganzen Tag snd mit Sand, Kiesel an der Flutzone. Wir sind ohne Strandschuhe ausgekommen. Das Hotel entspricht auch nach mitteleuropäischem Maß guten 4-4,5*. Uns waren die kurzen Wege wichtig, möglichst barrierefrei, und es sollte für 3 Generationen (Teenager, Mama und Oma) passen.

Great beach position - first line with the most direct access to the beach, good amenities, good service, building/rooms might not look brand new, but it is in very decent condition. The position is fairly far from the city centre, the amenities are often closed on the working hours (sauna/pool/towel station closed up to 2h early, the early breakfast simply did not exist), the explanation on the timetable could be clearer - in my world view, snack bar and cake bar do not contain a full savoury buffet (meats, carbs), yet it's useful when there's a whole 5h gap between lunch and dinner, the meal times are rather short, 1.5h lunch and 2h dinner could be extended.

Ich war das 2 mal in diesem Hotel. Das Konzept hat sich geändert muss ich sagen aber im positiven. Es ist sehr Sauber Ruhig Entspannt und eine gemütliche Anlage. Ich will mich Bei Celal Bey Fatih Bey und Orhan Bey bedanken für die Gastfreundschaft. Wenn man nicht vergessen darf ist Serkan mit einem super Service und immer ein lächelndes gesicht....Danke wir werden ein 3 mal kommen.

Firstly, It is an overrated hotel. I checked the comments and booked because of that, but it was disappointing. The rooms need big maintenance. Our first rooms AC did not work at all, but the receptionist insisted to leave us in that room as saying there were no other room, that rooms fridge was so small and there was a water leakage too. Our bags got wet as we didnt realise and put our things to the floor. Then somehow they offered another room. In the second room after changing, the shower water was dripping like a thread. Shower head holder was broken too. Foods are sloppy and the restaurant smells heavy food/meat fat that you can lose the appetite, they dont have any proper exhaust hood. They try to cook some parts in the garden but it makes the air worse. Bar beverages are the same, prepared in a careless way by the stuffs by the beach. Beach towels are far away from the beach that you need to pick up from Spa. There could be a place to pick up/drop off the towels next to the bar. The only good thing for us was the sea which was a natural thing. To sum up, I was with my family and tried to spend good time with them, but the hotel has lots of missing items for that over rating on the internet. If the hotel was 3 stars, I would understand that. The price and the place dont match. It is expensive for what we get as a service from them.

I recently stayed at this place and had a truly disappointing experience. I booked three rooms for myself and my friends, expecting a 5-star stay, but what we got was far from it. First off, the rooms looked nothing like the photos online. They were much older and poorly maintained, and housekeeping was terrible. We found hair in the room, and the toilets weren’t properly cleaned. This was not what I’d expect from a 5-star (or even a 4-star) hotel. Shared areas like the lobby and pool area were dirty as well, and to top it off, I even saw a cockroach in my shower! I reported it to the staff, but they dismissed it immediately, claiming there were no available rooms to move us to. The cleanliness was a consistent issue across all three rooms we booked, which made us feel uncomfortable the entire stay. I didn’t even trust room service because I was unsure if they were using clean supplies. It was like a nightmare the first night, and if I had the option, I would’ve moved to a different place. Unfortunately, we had booked a non-refundable option, and given our tight schedule, we were forced to stay. Overall, this resort did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and service, let alone what you’d expect from a high-star resort. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable stay.

전체적으로 모든것에 만족을 했습니다. 다만 5성급 으로 나와 있는데 4성급으로 보는게 좋을것 같습니다. 가장 마음에 든것은 직원들의 친절함 이었습니다. 음식도 비교적 맛있었고, 엔터테이먼트도 좋았습니다. 다만 마지막 날 저녁에 댄스 파티 었는데 사회자 분이 터키인 위주로 음악을 유도 하셔서 외국이들이 다 자리를 떠나는 상황이었습니다. 그 분은 교체되어 야 할것 같습니다. 외국인들이 터키 문화와 음악을 잘 모르는데 그날 숙소에서 묵은 터키 사람 위주로 프로그램을 만들어서 좀 짜증이 났습니다.그것 말고는 만족하는 숙소 였습니다.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr schnelle Reaktion bei Problemen. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist dunkel und etwas muffig. Wer früh zu Bett gehen möchte, sollte Zimmer zur Landseite wählen, da die nebeneinander liegenden Hotels um die Wette beschallen. Die Lage ist ganz okay, da man die Stadt sowohl zu Fuss als auch zu erträglichen Preisen mit dem Taxi erreichen kann (Ab 3-4 Personen nicht teurer als der Bus)

Nogenlunde tilfredsstillende, men kun 1 gang.

Opholdet var tilfredsstillende, men ikke et sted, jeg ville tage hen igen. Servicen var også nogenlunde og mht. All-inklusive, så manglede de kreativiteten i deres menu. Maden var ikke altid autentisk tyrkisk og virkede meget tilpasset. Udvalget var næsten det samme hver dag.
