My wife and I stayed here for our ski trip this year after looking at online reviews and I must say that we were not disappointed. The service from the staff here was spectacular and the hotel comfortable and clean. Great cocktails and snacks at the bar too!
I believe that the hotel was recently renovated and it really shows, we really didn’t want for much during our stay and the staff even sorted out local parking and lift passes prior to our stay, i’d highly recommend it here.
The spa area was also lovely, offering massage services (which we did not use), a small pool, sauna and steam room with an ice area and showers. If there was only one suggestion that I could make, it would be to segregate family time and adults only time down here as it got a bit noisy and frantic at times, although I understand that this could be hard to implement, but adults need wind-down time too! Nonetheless, that’s really our only criticism. Situation was great, walkable to Val if necessary, bus stop outside if you didn’t fancy that, and a direct Funival or bubble lift access to the slopes opposite. So thank you very much!
