The owners of the farm John and Karen are very nice persons. Karen made delicious breakfast and gave us very good suggestions on scenic points. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. The location of the farm is also perfect for tourists having 2 days trip to great ocean road. You can drive along great ocean road and visit half of the scenic points for the first day, stay in Butterfly Farm and then return on the second day and continue your trip. we also saw beautiful starry night right at the farm.

只接待两户人，安静。店主就夫妇俩，亲自准备早餐。 距离小镇两头都要25公里，不容易找。 周围都是养牛的农场，早餐静静的看着奶牛，之后放无人机航拍，感觉很特别。 就是退房时间10:00AM有点早。

很好的一家B&B，主人Karen非常热情！就是她家里不能有房间自带的卫生间这点不太方便。房子够大，也非常漂亮。有特色！我喜欢，下次还会入住。不过晚餐需要开车15分钟才能吃到，这点不太好！

It is a very nice B&B, the room we stayed is super, nicely decorated. The breakfast is super good, egg and sausage, fruit, home-made bread, yoguart... much more. The owner has provided a lot of good travel information of the neighbourhood area. I would love to stay there again for my next visit.

The owner, who was very nice, has converted her home into a B&B. Unfortunately, there was an overwhelmingly strong smell of mothballs (?) our allergies were in high gear by the time we left.

A real home from home in a lovely historic farmhouse set in its own beautiful grounds. Karen was a fantastic host very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good. All in all a great stay.

The Butterfly Farm is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the cattle farms of the area. Green and serene, with lots of privacy. Karen is a wonderful hostess, she has lots of great information on things to see in the area and she is ready with anything you might possibly need. If you are looking for a retreat away from the tourist traffic of the Great Ocean Road while still being connected to good Wi-Fi and all the amenities, this is the place to stay.

The Butterfly Farm and its hosts Karen and John are very rare finds of the absolute best kind :-). The room was very spacious with a fridge, table, heated blankets (:-)) and included access to a veranda, a huge bathroom, a big corridor and a separate toilet. Karen and John were extremely welcoming and the breakfast a delight!!! We are so happy we found this place and heartedly recommend it to anyone that needs a special retreat for the night.
