The room was ok, but the window got stuck.for 24 hours and the cold air went inside the room for 1.night.and the people in charge of the unit never showed up to fix it. Also they offered a washing machine inside the unit but it didn't work....and again the people in charge never showed up to fix ti..

Checking in was terrible. I had to figure out what going-on before I could get the apartment keys. Also, the apartment had a broken toilet seat and damaged wood flooring.

Check in was difficult, required phoning assistance line provided to receive required information. Room had quite a bit of damage, nothing major. The location was amazing… great downtown spot. Price was excellent compared to area hotels.

There was no running water at all for most of our stay. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience, even when I asked. No towels at the pool, bring your own. Slow elevators, only one working for low levels. Many people coming in and out of the building without keys. Didn't feel too safe overall. Would be nice to have another lock on the door. Very disappointed with zero interest of the host to compensate us at all for the water issues. Would not recommend.

Dommage, appartement avec une vue superbe et très très bien situé dans la ville. Déjà au pied de l'immeuble pas de réception, seulement un poste de sécurité, certes rassurant mais un peut perdu sur le moment , suivi d'un échange de 45min avec la société qui gère l'appartement pour payer un acompte pour le ménage puis un deuxième règlement pour le parking c'est un peu compliqué pour récupérer les clés et puis une heure trente de retard pour la réception des dites clés, c'est un peu long. On a cette sensation que les propriétaires en profitent un peu pour ne pas entretenir suffisamment le lieu. La seule porte qui donne sur le balcon ne coulisse pas, un des lits équipé avec un matelas pas très confortable et en plus les lattes du sommier on étaient bricolé avec du scotch, elles sont tombées la premier matin. Le canapé lit pas terrible on a été obligé de dormir sur un canapé classique. Aucune connexion internet, même si c'est vrai qu'on ne part pas en vacances pour rester connecté mais avec les difficultés d'avoir un forfait de téléphone au Canada je pense que c'est indispensable pour pouvoir appeler ses proches où si une partie des convives partent à l'extérieur.... Et il ne faut pas être sensible à la lumière matinale, certes la vue est superbe avec une prise directe sur le lac Ontario mais le système de lames typique pour ce type de bien ne fonctionne pas bien et est mal entretenu avec des lames manquantes... Bref pas horrible non plus mais une sensation très mitigé.

I would not go back - even if cheaper

I travel a lot for business and this checkin was very vague and poorly communicated. I booked via hotels then received an online check in email before I arrived. All standard stuff. I did not know when you get to the property you have to register at the security desk. They require a unit number which I did not get via previous coms. Was told I have to call hotels.com which you can’t do any more. I finally called the property management who were nice and helpful and eventually got it sorted. The front desk mess took an hour!!! Keep in mind I have just flown for 5 hours and there are tons of people moving through the security lobby. I chose this property because it looked great in the pics. The place was nice but POORLY kept and poorly cleaned. One of the beds had black hairs in the sheets. Manky. The laundry still had sheets in it and was broken. There was also a flood a while back so the wooden floor planks were buckled and sticking up (a huge tripping concern). I like staying in apartments when I travel because it gives me space BUT i would easily choose a lower brand hotel room over this place. Again the people on the phone were nice and helpful letting me check in 40 mins early but the quality control, expectations setting and communication was extremely poor.

Check-in process wasn’t clear and was hard to get hold of the property company to get help. Apartment is very worn and needs furniture and furnishings updated. Cracked bathroom counter, shower pools at your feet in the tub so you’re standing in dirty water while trying to get clean, couch sinks into the middle, sofa bed is very uncomfortable as you can feel the whole frame underneath. Normal bed sinks in the middle and uncomfortable, floors are very worn, balcony subpar condition and bedding for sofa bed as well as towel for the 3rd person was still in the dryer when we got there. Overall the apartment wasn’t presented very well and the hallway smells of garbage due to the garbage room between the elevators. Wouldn’t recommend until these things have been improved in some way. They say $30/night for parking but don’t tell you where that price can be achieved as the closest one we parked at we paid $63 from about 1:30pm until 11am the next day. The only good thing about the place was the location, walking distance to CN Tower & Ripley’s Aquarium.

Definitely difficulties getting into the place. No concierge services, just security? Not very helpful. Place was overall dusty and worn. Mattress and broken door on deck? Careful on floor boards, I snagged my feet. And the walls were filthy. Almost like they were remodeling while renting? What I liked was location, space and available coffee and coffee machine. We came in very late, and the on call support stayed with us to help navigate our parking and access to the condo.

I booked this property through Expedia and expected all communication and payments to be handled securely through the platform. However, I received a confusing phone call from a lady who said we needed to pay a $300 deposit through a link she would send by email before check-in. Her English was difficult to understand, and after several attempts, we finally found two of her emails in our junk folder. We couldn’t check in until we paid the deposit through that link, and felt very suspicious. The whole experience made us extremely uncomfortable, and we only proceeded with the payment hoping it wasn’t a scam. Even though the booking was listed as non-refundable, I’m requesting a refund due to how unsafe and misleading this process felt. This situation was not what we expected from an Expedia booking. ***Great location downtown and that’s it

I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO STAY HERE. I couldn’t even stay I ended up leaving after noticing uncleanliness throughout the executive suite. When I contacted the staff or whoever is responsible for the apartment they tried to tell me that they got a video from their cleaner, and that it was properly cleaned…. So basically implying that I was lying….. and refused to refund me.
