- messy check in- tough to locate entrance with all the construction - was not aware this was a rental in a residential apartment building - rental front desk people were very new and not aware of processes - electronic lock that did not work correctly tough to access the room - NO HOT WATER -furniture was very hard uncomfortable - no hand soap - no ice - no tv channels - I believe the high reviews are paid by the property - would not recommend

. There was no restaurant as advertised or literally any way to get any type of food or snacks, which surprised us. The spa wasn’t working. No pool bar as advertised although the pool was nice. The location to the Kaseya center was great but parking was very challenging, especially when we didn’t have any direction. Regarding our particular unit, it was very clean and had some nice amenities like a refrigerator kitchen area, but it didn’t have a chair to sit on?! I thought we rented a queen size bed, but this was a full size.

Doors have new electronic locks. Mine wouldn't work with the fob, and occasionally worked with the PIN. Had to go down to the lobby each time it didn't work! No soap! Got several small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, but no soap! Asked for soap and got more bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, but no soap! Finally got a couple bottles of body wash, which I had to uncap each time to wash my hands. Asked a guy at the front desk where was the closest place I could get some water. He said Seven-11. When I asked him where it was, he replied, "look on your phone." Wow. For all the trouble, I got a room facing a construction site.

I would 100% not stay here until the construction is completed. Its so dangerous, we almost were hit by cars multiple times due to lack of sidewalks and it made our trip so stressful which was supposed to be a relaxing trip away. We were too scared to leave at night to get a drink because walking was that dangerous. And then on top of that the girl at the front desk is rude as can be and should not be in hospitality, she was a nightmare. Horrible experience, book somewhere else.

The room cleaners were lovely. Friendly and efficient - definitely a top reason to stay here. There WAS a liquid stain of some sort on the couch, which was a bit…gross. The staff downstairs (concierge) seemed friendly enough, but sometimes were hard to find for assistance. There was no bellhop, or easy access to a cart, which made bringing luggage up a bit of a nightmare. The staff was accommodating to requests (such as for a broom for me to keep in the suite). The wi-fi was adequate. It would periodically drop the signal, which was a nuisance, but was more stable before 5 p.m. We had a washer and dryer in the room which were fairly basic, but did the job. Make sure to bring your own soap - no samples were provided.

The property seems brand new. Super clean and well mantained. Fully stocked kitchen with all the sppliances you may need, washer & dryer, dish washing machine, fridge, stove, etc. One block from Miami Workd Center. We walked to a Miami Heat game.

The description indicated that valet parking was available. I arrived late at night after driving in circles, trying to find a suitable parking spot. I managed to contact the property and located a nearby garage; however, the streets surrounding it were closed due to construction. This made it less than ideal to walk with luggage at the end of the day, especially given the limited access and the inconvenience caused by the road closures.

Unfortunately, our experience was terrible. While the building appears to be new, many of the amenities they advertise are not actually in place yet — including, but not limited to, valet parking. Additionally, there were major issues accessing our room. We were unable to enter or exit on our own and had to rely on the front desk to unlock the door each time. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, the property is not operating at the level it promotes, and it significantly impacted our stay.

The hotel room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable it really was perfect. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Parking was extremely inconvenient and felt like a mission every time. The lobby staff seemed disorganized and unsure of what they were doing, which made check-in and any questions frustrating. On top of that, a resort fee was charged even though no amenities were available or open, aside from a very small pool. Because of these issues, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again

They do not have parking near the place. They willl also chage you $50/hour if you stay over after the early checkout time which is 11:00 AM. So if you over that time they will charge you for the whole hour. No hospitality at checkin lack of customer service.

While this place is fine, it is most certainly NOT a hotel. There was no on site restaurant which was disappointing considering it was listed as 5 stars. Its a condo building instead of a hotel. That wasn’t clear in the description.

Check in was confusing. Front desk didn’t know what was going on and had to redirect me to a separate check in desk. Pictures are very misleading. 2bed2bath was very small. 2nd bathroom had no shower curtain so was unusable. Cheap finishes for an advertised as higher end rental. Would not recommend.
