Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and did provide a room with what I was asking for. The room was clean and spacious as per description. Good supply of hot water for bathing morning and evening. The matress was very old and no longer supportive as it may have been years ago when purchased and needed replaced a whole back. Pool area was nice though no shade at all and no umbrellas available so this limited the time one could spend by the pool which was one of the primary reasons to go and relax. Meals were good with a wide variety of both local and western options as were the prices. Sadly there is much that is rundown and and neglect in maintenance and upkeep. It is a shadow of its former years. It has a lot going for it but there better options around to choose from as its now a bit rundown and no longer represents value for money.

Eagleton is a small paradise on this part of the planet. We are from Jammu & Kashmir and Kashmir they say is the paradise on earth. True that, but if someone wants to have a true glimpse of paradise without going to Kashmir, better you go to Eagleton the Golf resort at Bidadi, Bengaluru, you are already in a paradise on earth. In the lap of nature, Eagleton gives a magical feeling of peace, solace and satisfaction. Scenic beauty is beyond bounds. A wonderful golf course which has has been awarded several times for being the best destination for golf lovers in Asia. Now, coming to the stay inside the resort. And, when we talk about the entire staff at the resort it will be entirely out of place if we don’t make a mention about the hospitality, guest friendly approach and service with a smile right from front desk to house keeping, kitchen staff including the food and beverages and above all the personalised approach of every single person at the property really made us more than comfortable. To make a mention of some of the very dedicated people at the property, is definitely very difficult giving a vibe of super excellence , fantastic hospitality and unmatched qualities of guest friendly approach. The people at the property are Fantastic. Trust you me, well, we can’t help mentioning some very fantastic people like Mr. Raju, Das, Avinash, Mahadev, Venkat, Karthik, Chef Sarwana . At front desk everyone is awesome with Ms. Rekha & GM Sir on top of it. EAGLETON ROCKS. 👍
