My recent stay at this hotel was primarily driven by its proximity to the airport, which was essential for our 6 AM flight the next morning. In that regard, the location was perfect and served its purpose well.
However, the booking and check-in process left much to be desired. When booking online for four adults, the system repeatedly tried to assign us four beds, which we didn't need. With no other options available, I ended up booking for only three people. Upon arrival, we tried to explain the situation to the front desk, but the experience was far from pleasant. The staff member was unfriendly and ended up charging us an additional $52 USD, which, while I was willing to pay, felt like a forced transaction given the online booking limitations.
The negative interactions continued when my fiancé requested extra towels. The front desk's response was curt, stating we could only have one. This lack of basic hospitality was disappointing.
Ultimately, while I would consider staying here again purely for the convenience to the airport, the unfriendliness of the front desk staff significantly detracted from our experience. Improvements in customer service would make a world of difference.
