This hotel was great! The area around gives you a bad impression, but everyone around is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant that the staff recommended for eating was perfect and entertaining. The hotel offered a shuttle for a good fee, but it was very convenient. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very clean . Staff great except at check in the gentleman tried to offer me an insane winding staircase to my room. I said no . He was extremely rude...finally he gave me a room as I had seen. The place was clean and near the airport. No lift but I got by ..., it was my first encounter with a man from a culture where women are less than..,his attitude destroyed my first impression . Good hotel - Great shuttle

Location is a 10 - 15 minute cab ride from the airport. Room was comfortable and we slept well. The Wi-Fi internet in our room was spotty - fine for checking email, but not ideal for business/work. There was a mini bar for snacks and water for purchase. No on-site dining options, but there are a few restaurants within a 10-minute walk. No breakfast was available, but the staff made some great coffee for a reasonable fee. Staff was attentive and helpful with touristic information and dining recommendations. We used the hotel shuttle service to take us to Rome & back, and also back to the hotel. The driver Luigi was very helpful and friendly.

Staff were friendly but we were not offered VIP complimentary beverages and were instead charged 4 euros for the tiny juice box our daughter had from the fridge. My husband also purchased additional drinks from the reception. Shuttle service to and from the airport was not free (30-35 euros each way) but the drivers were friendly, vehicles large and service generally very good. The reception was able to reserve our shuttle so when we arrived at the airport we just had to call the driver and meet him curbside. The shuttles have regular pick up times throughout the morning so we just let the reception know which time we wanted and they let us know the price. If you take a taxi instead of the shuttle you will have to negotiate the price with the driver directly.

The hotel doesn't have elevator so it is not easy to go up and down the stairs with the luggages. The reception will be close diring the night, so make sure your plane doesn't arrived at those hours, or you will have to sleep.out side !

I think I'd stay again

I arrived grumpy after a dodgy cab driver took me to the wrong place! Had to call for staff to arrive to check me in. They did so quickly and were so lovely and accomodating. Note: there is NO restaurant or bar at the Hotel (in case you arrive tired and "thirsty" as I did) but (as advised by the friendly staff) there is great food not far away. Most places open at 7pm. The room was clean and comfortable, mini bar is alcohol free FYI, and small sweet treats are left as complimentary breakfast nibbles if you need them. I couldn't work out where to plug the kettle in though - didn't seem to be a powerpoint handy! Overall I'd stay here again and try to see more of Fiumicino. I ate at La Locanda on a Monday and was treated to a local boot scooting class over dinner!

The name of this hotel is similar to another one called “Hotel Euro House” which let us arrived in wrong location by Uber taxi. Even so the wrong one’s staff were kindly to help us out ! The Hotel Euro House Inn we finally stayed is also nice, with micro oven and kitchen dishes that can let us warm up our breakfast breads. The shuttle service for 3 people is 25 Euros. For transit passengers like us is still a good choice.

The check in process was seamless even though we arrived earlier than expected. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided clear instructions. They gave recommendations to local restaurants and grocery stores and when it looked like we may be late for our shuttle to the airport, she made her way to our room to ensure we were ready.
