We had a good stay, but were disappointed that the room lacked a microwave despite it being listed in the booking description. We had prepared by bringing our own food and unfortunately weren't able to use any of it. It’s important that the hotel’s listing is accurate so guests get exactly what they sign up for. Aside from this confusion, the rest of the experience was positive.

The room was very clean with lots of small touches that made it especially comfortable, such as multiple hooks in the bathroom and two shades on the window- one darkening shade and one privacy shade if you want to let in natural light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Great location, clean rooms, nice bedding, mini fridge. Great value for the money. It is a bit scaled back from some hotels in that it did not have an ice bucket or glasses in the room, but again, for the price, I am all good with that. The cleaning staff was very friendly when I needed something. The front desk was great with the exception of check in when 3 people checking in took about 15 min as there is only one person. We will be back!!!!

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room with smaller than expected with little room for luggage, but the room was beautiful and very clean. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even the handsome smelled wonderful!! There was a small fridge which was nice, but a microwave would have been excellent. We loved that we were in close walking distance to Times Squate. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was in a wonderful area. Quick access to public transportation. Made it easy to get to the hustle and bustle but not have to stay in it. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and big enough to move around in (if you have ever stayed in NYC you know this is a PLUS!) Also, there is a rooftop bar (not associated with the hotel) that serves up excellent drink options and has beautiful views of the city!

The room was never cleaned during my stay. Someone did offer at 5pm on my last night. Heating in my particular room ran continuously but really didn’t seem to warm the room. Otherwise, good location & nice products.

The room and staff were great, except for one maintenance issue. The room heater squeaked loudly enough that I couldn't sleep with it on. I had to turn it off before going to bed. I let the front desk know about it Sunday morning, and it wasn't fixed by Wednesday when I checked out (nor did I get any follow-up communication).

The location was excellent and the staff was accommodating, although there were a few problems, like every time the cleaning service changed the towels they left one set, even though we were three people. Aside from that everything was perfect.

Only one staff at reception, room service came after 3 days of constant requesting. Stayed a total of 5N at top dollar rates but the foll tw things were v irritating: 1. Room Key is app driven and the app keeps signing you off. So you need to keep inserting the infinite digit confirmation number to keep drawing your key on the app and then use it to open your room door 2. no phones in the room, no connect with the hotel, need to walk down to the crowded reception for everything. Staff was v helpful but the hotel is not managed and supervised well.

Didn’t realize it was a sonder when booking. The pictures definitely make it look nicer than it actually is. Room was fine. No frills and convenient location. Bathroom had good counter space. Toilet was super loud when flushing but otherwise fine.

No waters available, understaffed, no fresh towels, broken elevator, TV didnt work, dirty bathrooms. No amenities at all. We couldn’t tell who was staff and who wasn’t. They didn’t wear uniforms and one of the staff members told me that she hated this place.
