The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful! There isn't much of a lobby, but the Hole in the Wall restaurant on the other side was nice. Food was great, but so much I couldn't eat it all. Room was quiet and roomy. Nice bathroom with a fan that actually filtered the steam out. For the location, it was a great deal.

Overall, we found the hotel to be excellent value for money. Great location, close to cafes and 2 metro stations. The amenities are also well maintained, and check-in was very quick. Negative points: I believe they could replace the air conditioning/heater with a newer one, the shower isn't very strong but it works well.

The staff right off the bat, very nice & welcoming. Rooms & bathrooms were very clean & well stocked. Very convenient for out of town travelers, right in the middle of pretty much everything you would want to see. Very good restaurants & shopping surround the area. Would stay again.

Small niche hotel that is conveniently located to major subways, sights and dining. Staff was, fine, one in training who seemed very nervous and her trainer who was snippy and made me feel as though I was wasting her time by asking questions about the $600 non-disclosed deposit. And then charge of $5 per bag for storing our luggage, also non-disclosed. Because I had a group of 10 we were somehow charged per bag, when the people in front of us were not, seems questionable at best. Very comfortable and clean rooms- however due to the nature of the locks- keypads- they are more difficult to deal with than a keycard. The housekeeping also didn’t shut my door all the way and when I went to punch my keypad and the door was already open. Unsettling to say the least. Thankfully everything was there and no one was lying in wait for me at midnight when I returned to my room. A nice place, would consider staying again, maybe.

I would not recommend Hotel Henri. The hotel seems fine and made for a nice stay with parking nearby and the location was good, but there was no hot water during our stay at all and management made a negative effort to work with/help us. When we arrived, we were not notified that there would be no hot water until very late in the night when walking down to the lobby for water. We were told hot water would return in the morning but once morning came, still no hot water to bathe in before it was time to check out. We talked to the front desk employees who were incredibly kind and gave us an email to reach management regarding a refund. I reached out two separate times to ask about a refund and did not hear back at all. I definitely would not recommend Hotel Henri.
