Had a balcony water view, fantastic! The whole reason to come was to watch ships and this fit the bill. Room was clean, could have used an extra blanket in the closet. Would stay again, many local restaurant options available.

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay here to celebrate our anniversary. Every room has a beautiful view of the St. Clair River. You can tell the Staff take great pride in their jobs, everyone was very helpful and the rooms seemed to be newly renovated and well cared for. Eating Dinner at the River Crab Restaurant was also a very special experience with an excellent selection of food and wine. We also got a great deal on our room offseason. We Highly recommend this place.

The river view was okay, but we were behind the pool. Thankfully the pool was closed for the season. It was nice & quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice water pressure in a waterfall style shower. But the room was pretty grubby. They really need new or more cleaning staff or something. I wouldn't stay here again. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing!

I really like this hotel, spacious room, nice view with huge glass windows to look out. Everything was clean and looked updated. The only problem I saw was that you couldn’t get ice from the ice machine after a certain time. And no one seemed to be there on staff during the night.
