2/10 较差

We booked this to stay months ago for my daughter’s graduation. Arrived at approximately 6:45pm with no one on the reception and no contact. Phoned the shared number and no answer so text to receive a response that they are not responsible for the property and to delete the number. Did not stay as had no access and had to search for last minute accommodation instead. Do not book as not what it is sold to be. Now waiting for the refund.

6/10 不错

The flat was in a good condition and clean. It was a good size. Think my main issue was poor communication with them and the price of parking. I emailed twice before my visit to ask about parking but no one replied. They had some parking spaces at the apartment but they charge £20 per night. When I arrived, the person on reception said he was due to leave at 6pm. I was relieved that I had arrived about 4.30pm. On the check in information I think I read that someone would be on the desk until 10pm. I had no choice but to pay this. I would also recommend that they add some washing up liquid and a dishcloth. I felt terrible putting the dishwasher on for a couple of items.
