The hotel was easy to find and good amount of parking, wry welcoming the owners and staff were very friendly and the hotel is well maintained and looked after. It was a very nice stay as have the 4 previous stays' The boys put their own personality on the hotel but that's upto the individual to make up there own minds about but the staff are great and very helpful. Love our stays.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast with kippers an option. Plenty of parking and located at the quiet end of the seafront. No keys or cards for the rooms as it is done with pass codes. Only minor problem was very creaky floorboards

Great location on the front. Choice of hotel and motel rooms with parking front and back. We stayed in the hotel in a comfortable room on the first floor. It had everything you could need. The only slight downside was the bathroom was small and the shower weak but that is quite common where rooms have been upgraded. The service was excellent as was the breakfast, the food just kept coming. We will definitely stay again.

The bed was very uncomfortable, there was to much furniture in the room, ( less is better ) cleanliness was not very good, breakfast was not good, In the mornings the juice was left on the side with no cover over should have bin in a Fridge , Sausage did not taste nice, omelette was just a mess, Would not recommend

A lovely little hotel on the seafront

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Apart from a slightly loose tap and a faulty telly, it was lovely. Comfy pillows and bed, spotless, and nice and cool. The shower cubicle was a little snug, and the stairs were a bit of a hoof as we were on the top floor but not a great issue. The breakfast was amazing - fresh fruit, vegetarian breakfast and some of the best scrambled eggs on earth. I was even given a blueberry muffin! Simply marvelous. One downside - there are a few different levels in the hotel, so if you have mobility issues you may have some difficulty. There is a ramp to the main entrance, but otherwise it's stairs all the way.

Had a brilliant stay, rite from the beginning to the end the staff cant do enough for you, lady at reception i spoke to in the evening is a great laugh. If only i knew from the start my mates breakfast could have been served with a candle in a sausage for his birthday hahaha, i will remember that for next time. Room had a brilliant view and was very well kept, breakfast is lovely proper ingredients rather than the usual yarmouth b&b rubbish. The only downfall is the low water pressure in the shower, but regardless of that i will be going back again.
