I love this better than any traditional hotel. You're in control and don't have to deal with the hassle of reception etc. The rooms are beautiful. beds have great mattresses and comfortable linens. Location is awesome with great access to downtown and hiking/bike trails. Incredible value by cutting out a lot of the overhead.

The ac unit shut off in the middle of the night and would not turn on again. Also no door on the toilet area is a bit strange.

Great place to stay! Some neat places to eat/drink close by. Downtown is a few blocks away but you wouldn’t know it because the house is in a cute little neighborhood. Room was clean and quiet. Would be a great place to stay for a team building event. All kinds of cool amenities throughout the house. Hot tub is huge and all the outdoor space is awesome. Will definitely be back.

Property even better than described. Beautiful designed boutique hotel. Great neighborhood location in walking distance to cute cafes, restaurants and other essentials. Peaceful room with great sound proofing, large private hotel room essentially with private en suite bathroom. Shared kitchen and lounge and common area. Easy instructions for access and on site parking. Super friendly and responsive staff. Thinking about coming back and doing a full buy-out to host friends and family in Boise for an event once the full outdoor amenities are up and running. Overall great experience.

There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was like a very nice airbnb.
