I spent only 1 night in the hotel. Its was convenient for me. Close to the Central Station. Walking distance to restaurants and there is grocery store across the hotel . Bed was comfortable.

WE stayed here during our stay in Milan for 2 days . Very disappointed with room amenities. Absolutely no coffee maker / no lotion / no shampoo in the bathroom . Toilet got clogged just next morning but staff was responsive and they repaired it but thats something you don't want to deal with when you are on vacation. Rooms are extremely small ( yes compare to European standards). All in all not a great experience except conveniently located from main Train station / staff is helpful.

Everything was nice, but I did have to inconvenience the staff. I know by now that I must be awake, in the room, to recharge cell and laptop (electrical system shuts off if I remove key from the slot). While checking in, I asked for 2 keyes, so that when I left the room with 1 key, the other would keep the electrical system on. Staff was unable to supply 2d key, but told me they would let me in. Later, I left hotel for 1/2 hr, leaving key in slot. Staff needed to physically go to the room with master key to let me in. I felt sorry for them.

Lobby area is nice, the front desk staff speak several languages and were nice. The rest of the hotel is in various stages of disrepair. Elevator worked only once and the wall paper was peeling from the walls. Bathroom area was cleaned well.

We had a wonderful stay at **Hotel Bolzano in Milan**. The location is very convenient, close to the Milano Centrale train station and within easy reach of many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options around the city. After a long flight from the USA, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Their hospitality and helpful attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Milan. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Bolzano to anyone visiting Milan.
