We 4 people staying and only 2 bath towel provided. When called the desk, they asked to come down and take the towels. My son went down to front desk and came back, I found they gave him face wash towels seriously !!! When I called back again, the lady said they don't have bath towels. I explained her again that we are 4 people and how does she expect me to use 2 towels between 4? she said we don't have it. This was a terrific moment for me to hear from big brand like Holliday Inn that they seriously don't have bath towels ?
I seriously got upset and asked them what kind of Hotel is this who don't have enough towels for customers. She then said, I will get it from different room, can you come down and take it. This pissed me off... I told, how many times do you want customer to come down to pick up the towels, can't you send somebody to the room. She said we don't have anyone to bring it to your room. So pathetic customer service by this Holiday Inn staff. I was really upset and hung up the phone. After like 5-8min some cleaning staff knocked the door and gave 4 bath towels. Finally !!
Breakfast was another disaster, they had cereals but no milk, only one set of salt & pepper sprinkler, grab&go bags missing and pancake machine ran out of pancake mix. By the time the cook replaced pancake mix bag into the machine, we were done with our breakfast and almost walked out of that area.
This Holiday Inn hotel seriously needs to focus on its hospitality and customer service.
