The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of Ximen, surrounded by vibrant shopping streets, great restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from the metro. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay with great helps from the front desk thought a bit far from Ximen Station about 8-10mins walk. Lots of eateries around and several foot massage shops. Always feeling awesome to stay at Ximending. A very convenient location.

This was a great property to stay in while in Taiwan, the room was nice and clean. The location was the best part though. It was right in the center of a really exiting part of town with many shops and local foods. It was easy to get many places by walking too which was nice. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay!

Hotel was normal ok, nothing to scream about, but location was great, right in the middle of the action of XMD. Cleanliness was ok, I could still see stains at the corner of the sink, prob from the previous guests :( At check out day, (I know check-out is 12pm) but still…. Not v nice that I literally got a call to the room at 12.05pm and was told if I don’t check out soon, I would be charged :(

Location location location. It is right in the busy 西門町with lots of food choices, all the key souvenir brands & shops are easy to access. Hotel service is warm, I ask for arranging taxi to airport, and the staff accompany me to the taxi downstairs & help me with the luggage.

The hotel is right in Ximending district where there are a lot of actions and easy to get to from the airport..the staffs are VERY friendly and helpful..they will try to help you with whatever that you need.. the room is quiet considering where the hotel is located..the room is spacious and gets clean everyday. I enjoyed my short stay there and will return when I go back to Taipei.. Big bonus is free laundry!!!

It's in the heart of Ximending so shopping and good food are very close at hand. Front desk was accomodating, friendly and check-in was super easy. They also helped me call for an airport transfer. Room was clean and spacious, I'm just not used to the sink being outside the toilet.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. We booked 2 rooms this time round due to kids and elderly. Location wise no doubt that it is at a prime location in the heart of XMD. highly recommended. FOC usage of their washing machine and dryer. Only down side was that if you need anything (water, tooth brush...), you need to go down to their 5th floor reception to collect. Cleanliness of the room wise I will say subjective. We stayed for 3 nights. The cleaning was good after the first night. But after 2nd night, there were no emptying of the rubbish in the trash bin or tables despite putting the cleaning sign, no replacement of the showering amenities too. But I believe this should be a 1 off thingy

就是在西門町主要商圈，地點好方便，食玩買都非常滿意。房間夠大，整體也非常好，只是冷氣間中會比較嘈。另外是窗門，原來風景只是酒店大樓的露天中空位置，只能看到對面的房間窗戶，沒有街景，比較失望，如果能在訂房時房型中註明會比較好。特別需要讚的是酒店服務員，非常有禮及落意幫忙！
