Our Tim win Meteora was amazing. Thalia Rooms Guest House was the perfect base camp to explore Meteora. The hiking trails start close by and your are in the middle of the rock formations. A truly magical place.

Ritsa was a kind and sweet host who sat me down and explained what to visit, how to get there etc. She also personally let me know to ask her any questions or if I need anything and she delivered. The property is small, but well cared for and safe. Everything is clean and pristine. Also easy access to some trails up to the monastaries!

Great location next to the monasteries. Owner was very responsive to messages and provided information about the area. It’s a cute guesthouse with a little shared kitchen with fridge, stove top, coffee and kitchen utensils/ plates etc. The room was small but had a mini fridge and was well decorated. The only reason for the low comfort level is because the bathroom is very small. Especially the shower. About 4’ long and approximately 20” wide. Nicely decorated, just small. Otherwise a comfortable, conveniently located guesthouse.

Amazing Place - Amazing Owner

Amazing place. A 5 Euro cab ride away from Kalambaka station. We only stayed one night, however, Thalia was amazing. She drove us to one monastery given that we had very little time. She went above and beyond to do this for us and refused any money for the drive. The room is clean and comfortable with fridge and safe, shower is a little small but definitely manageable. Kitchen, laundry and breakfast coffee/tea are free for guests. Restaurants, supermarket and town square are a 20 meter walk from the guest house. The incredible mountains can be seen from the room itself.
