Hotel is great, staff super friendly. However the walls are too thin and the guests can be really loud, even beyond midnight, which is particularly annoying when you have a tour starting at 7:00am the next morning

Good business hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. Little things let it down like the complimentary water and teabags in the room not being replenished. Good underground parking. Some rooms at the front of the hotel can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Hotel muito charmoso em estilo vitoriano, muito bem localizado. Mensageiros muito simpaticos e educados. O restaurante do hotel é um espetaculo a parte e recomendo o menu degustação assinado por Jacquin. Pontos problematicos: 1. Passei 3 noites no hotel e nao consegui comer tapioca em nenhum café. No ultimo dia (domingo) foi caótico, havia uma fila para entrar no café e muitas pessoas chateadas dentro do restaurante reclamando da demora das tapiocas. Os funcionarios da recepção são frios, saí do hotel às 13 e havia uma unica pessoa para fazer checkin e checkout sendo que ele dava prioridade ao checkin que so deveria começar as 14. Demorou tanto, meu uber chegou e tive que esperar o recepcionista terminar de configurar o wifi no celular de uma hospede que estava chegando, nesse horario a prioridade precisa ser do checkout. 3. O wifi do hotel não funciona. 4. A hospede do quarto ao lado 716/717 abriu a porta do meu quarto pela porta conjugada.
