Our experience at Dolan's was great! When we arrived, they had no hydro due to a blown transformer in the area, which meant they had no record of a booking but the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and still set us up with a room. The room was beautiful and well taken care of and maintained.

Nice, spacious but cozy room. Toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishes, etc. Clean bathroom with everything we needed. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Handy to stores and restaurants.

We stopped here for one rainy night on a motorcycle trip, and were surprised the rooms had Kitchenettes, so we ordered Take out and the next morning had our usual toast and coffee here. The outside looks dated but surprisingly the bathrooms where like new 👍. Perfect stay for us guys

Bien placé pour faire le Cabot Trail et pour aller dans les restaus du coin sans voiture. Près de la route mais pas de bruit de route la nuit. Parking devant. Bémol: très peu de produits de toilette (seulement des savons déjà utilisés -pas hygiénique- et 1 mini shampoing, nous étions 4 pendant 2 jours).

Les chambres sont rénovées, lits confortables mais l’extérieur de la propriété laisse à désirer, si on n’avait pas payer d’avance, nous aurions certainement fait demi-tour. Malgré tout nous avons très bien dormi, ok pour une nuit. Personne à la réception lors de notre arrivée, on doit téléphoner pour que quelqu’un se présente. Service rapide toutefois.

From the outside it looks sketchy. Weeds, junk laying around. But the rooms were great. Clean, comfortable a little kitchenette that had everything one would need. Large TV, comfortable beds. Location was good for the downtown area, Tim Hortons, Sobeys and the ferry to PEI. Would stay there again. The lady there was very nice and did a wonderful job.

Although the exterior can be deceiving as it needs a little lipstick, the rooms were fantastic. Spacious, great amenities, newly renovated, fresh and clean. When we checked in they had everything ready for us so it was literally under a minute. The lady at the front desk was very kind.

Upon arrival I was a dubious. But the ladies were exceptional and made sure we were comfortable. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable and cozy clean ! All kitchenette items functional. Would highly recommend! Thanks Ladies !

This was off season and not really kept up. The room was ok, but was clean. Best reason to stay was the short distance to the ferry.
