I recently stayed at your property under a reservation in my name, Jo Ballard. My check in date was 27 April, checking out on 28 April.
I have never stayed at a hotel as poor as this. On arrival, we were told our room wasn't ready which is understandable. We asked to store our bags as we were in London to support someone running in the marathon and it wasn't practical to take our bags with us. We were told there was no room to store our bags which is ridiculous. I have never been to a hotel who won't agree to store bags, that is a very basic requirement from guests. In the first place), only for us to be charged for storing bags! Charging us for what?? How can you justify a charge for something that is a basic requirement. And what is the charge for?
We expected our room to be small but I requested a room with a window and paid extra for that "luxury". Not only did the window not open but it was completely frosted so it was impossible to see out of it. What is the point of having a window to them block it out?!
On check in I requested 2 extra pillows
And I was specific about the number of pillows needed and only 1 was brought up despite my clear request.
Not only did the window not open but the aircon also did not work so our room was hot and stuffy.
