This was an excellent experience in a 3* hotel. Staff in every department from inital check in until leaving and everything in between was superb. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and the welcoming cake and coffee etc, was a lovely gesture. Thank you all. I will certainly be reccomehding the Butterfly 🦋 ❤️

Nice alpine hotel

Really nice and cozy alpine style hotel. Perfect location within a 3-min walk from the train station, ski bus, Gornergrat train, and the main street with all the shops and ski rental. Good breakfast selection, enough of healthy choices. Really enjoyed the sauna and hamam facilities, too.

Near to the train station and close to the main street. Room was spacious and there's a balcony too! Hotel provides free tea snacks everyday and there's water refill counter at the lobby. It's nice to return after a long day and watch Netflix on the TV.
