Events Place

Charming location with beautiful grounds and plenty of space for events, but with a few important things to note. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The property also offers a variety of venues, making it ideal for weddings, retreats, or group gatherings. That said, there were some inconveniences. Our room had no air conditioning, no shampoo provided, and the windows didn’t have screens—which led to a close encounter with a bee inside our bedroom. The food was also underwhelming and could use improvement. Overall, a picturesque and peaceful place with great service and event potential, but a few comfort upgrades would make the stay even better.

Bello, caratteristico tipo villaggino medievale d'altri tempi. Colazione nella norma, bene la torta tipo zuppa inglese. Forse più adatto a coppie e famiglie che a stazionamenti per lavoro, wifi ok ma il cellulare prende molto poco.

The stay was beautiful and our family enjoyed it very much. The only complaint was that the shower leaked water into the bathroom area but that was a minor inconvenience for the overall stay.

Beautiful surroundings close to Rome and soft jazz playing in the garden. And the buildings were pretty on the outside, but the rest… The bathroom had a stench of humidity and the walls were covered with mould. (We had to change room as the first one was a sanitary disaster, both bathrooms had the same problem). The staff are very junior and couldn't manage their work. We were not offered any benefits though we were promised as Expedia VIP/Gold members. I had to crawl on the floor behind the desk to be able to use the socket to the fridge when I had to work. The amount of dust there was absolutely diagusting. I suggest you not to stay here until the owners have updated all rooms and public areas AND trained the staff to a professional level.

We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want. In the bathroom we had only hand shower, the other part was broken. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This property was even more beautiful in person! The grounds were lovely to walk around and explore, the food in the restaurant was 10/10! Our room was perfect, clean, spacious, and a/c was great. We will be back!
