It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. There is no elevator so it was difficult taking stuff up and down luggage wise. Had a hard time using the TV as they have DIRECTV receivers and had difficulty connecting. Also not a fan of plungers and cleaning brushes for toilets in the bathroom area. Kind of grossed my wife out. Overall it was a good experience and the staff was very pleasant.

This is the place to stay for an affordable and relaxing trip to the fort leonard wood area! The hotel is located right down the road from base, with many gas stations, restaurants, and stores in walking distance or a short drive. The staff is so kind and the extra amenities were so thoughtful and really compassionate to those who may be stationed on base but staying here. They had a cute little convenience snack/beverage room, DVD check out, roku and DVD players in the rooms, full kitchen set ups with dishes, a 24 hour pool/community room, and fitness area. The stay was very quiet. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great breakfast with lots of options. For the price and experience, I was very happy and if I was ever in the area again, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lay out of family suite was spacious a great functionable space, would be a great room for long term efficiency rental Staff was nice, hot breakfast was also a plus. Having a basic store inside lobby was also really convenient and cheaper than going to a gas station. Also saw they had coin laundry which is a plus. We didnt get to enjoy a pool, there was a sign it was closed for maintenance The negative things , was waking up the second morning with what looked like mosquito bites on my arm and hand. I looked i saw no bugs but i really wouldnt know what to look for, and read precautions before bringing our luggage back into our home, it is unknown if there is infestation yet i feel it is.plausible needs to be checked by staff. The vents in bathroom need cleaned. Id say the room decor was painted or papered dark nuetral tan, could be updated in a lighter color And the coffee table had some questionable staining or discoloration which could use a refinishing or replacement. My personal preference is vinyl laminate floors for easy sweeping cleaning. Im not a fan of carpet or patterned carpet which the room was covered in. Window coverings were blinds. Drapes and sheers would offer the space better lighting and privacy, as well as giving the room a more homey feeling. Room we stayed in was facing the street, you do hear traffic Overall it is still a nice room.

The staff was fine, and it was mostly quiet, The kitchenette in the room was nice but the room hadn’t been swept before we checked in and it smelled like dog. There are many stares and restaurants in walking distance and it’s close to the Military base.

The best place to stay if coming to Fort Leonard Wood or this part of Missouri. You can bring family, place is neat, smell good, pool is good, clean and up to health standards. It is family operated, they really care and provide excellent service. Military or not the best food ever like you are eating from home or the best restaurant

Wasn't really any breakfast except coffee and donuts. They said it was because of the holidays but I paid for a hotel with breakfast. Also it is an old apartment complex so the pool was a block down the street from the building my room was in.

The staff was nice, so no complaints there. The issue was the bathroom. The toilet did not work properly. I had to take the lid off and munually adjust the float every single time or the bowl wpould not fill back up. The bathroom mirror was not clean. Looked like someone spattered their toothbrush mess all over it. The shower curtain had a disgusting bloody booger on it. The tub drained very, very slow. The hot water was not hot, it was warm and it did not last long at all. Everything outside of the bathroom was fine, except the TV remote did not have a battery cover so they were exposed. Also, the TV itself was very dated and operated slowly. No main menu for channel selection and changing channels took about 5-6 seconds for it to respond and change. No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you will be walking them up the stairs. If none of that stuff bothers you, then you will enjoy your stay!
