This hotel looks and feels new and modern. It was very conveniently located in Sestao, about 10 minutes to the town center walking but close to Carrefour, Lidl, and fast food. The staff was helpful and the premises were clean.

Ich glaube wir waren die ersten, die das Zimmer jemals bewohnt haben, dementsprechend perfekt war der Zustand. Generell ist das Hotel total modern und stylisch eingerichtet und alles ist neu. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

The hotel was perfect. However, access to the local train station was appalling and completely inaccessible to wheelchair users. A health and safety hazard for all who use it!

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Note. Hotel is out of town but very close to a railway station if you can find the rough path. It’s worth the effort.

At check in the receptionist required a credit card for a deposit of 150 euro and wrote all the card data on the computer. I protested that this is illegal and she erased the credit card data and used POS terminal to block a deposit. Make sure you have enoughy time for your flight at check out because one has to wait until someone check the room and only then the deposit will be released. 2 or 3 people in the lune and you have to wait forever

New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers.

New Building with extremely poorly designed rooms. Hot water is not reliable, had to take 2 cold showers. Staff had no explanation as to why there was no hot water. Bathroom had a horrible setup, non shower doors or walls of any sort. No place to set anything. Everything gets wet when using the shower. The floor floods and water pores out of the bathroom into the room. Property is extremely understaffed. Parking lot has few parking spots. Hotel is next to a Police Station of some sort and parking area full of impounded vehicles. Not a very safe looking area to walk around after dark.
