We spent our first night in Slovenia here arriving quite late. Eurie at the reception desk was very kind, friendly and welcomed us warmly. The room we had was spacious and clean. In the morning, a delicious breakfast was served in the dining room. Eurie was at the desk in the morning and provided very helpful tips about where to visit in Kranj as well as how to get to our next destination.

If you want an authentic last Century stay this is the place. It is in a pedestrian only enclave which is pretty as a picture postcard and there is lots of shopping and great food. The hotel does not have a lift but staff manage your bags. High ceilings, 4 poster beds and period furniture. And the place is quiet as a church mouse. loved it and I will be back.

Beware no elevators. Rooms were spacious but was put off by extra charges within the room (e.g. wanting to use the spa tub, which we didn't want but still). Overall, not a bad place to stay and some really unique momentos throughout.

Nice hotel, great location, nice restaurants just outside. Hotel had a bit quirky decor, but everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful all throughout. We had the quadruple room as we were a family of 4, nice spacious rooms, kids loved the big bed with the curtains. The breakfast was nice, good variety although pastries were a bit dry, and coffee wasn't the best. Both of our connected rooms had aircon, which was nice, however the set up was a 1 panel on the wall to control temperature and then an old aircon unit at waist level, both had a really bright lights when turned on, so was a bit tricky to go to sleep. Overall we enjoyed the stay, thank you to the staff for being so helpful

Hotel was nice. The electricity in the room had issues. During the night - even with all lights turned off - the lights would flicker on every 30 - 40. We were there three days and the lights were never fixed. But staff friendly and hotel clean and nice. Free breakfast was an added bonus.

FANTASTIC HOTEL! Luckily i did not see that this was a "boutique hotel" since I normally don't book those. But this hotel is going into my "must visit again list". Room was amazing, AirCon that worked great, friendly and helpsome staff. And i saved the best for the last, The hotel is like a small car museum, car and especially Rolls Royce memerobilia all over the place. You are welcomed with a front end of Rolls Royce sticking out of the wall in the reception. And all in most respect of the vehicles, not tacky at all. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

Helt supert hotell!! Fott med Tema Bil for oss som er «Petrol heads». Meget hyggelig betjening. Flott beliggenhet men litt tungvint med innkjøring i gamlebyen via låst gate. Ring resepsjonen og få kode så er det ok. Restaurant like utenfor døren med knallgod mat. Kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang!!
