Room looked and felt dirty. Specifically asked a non-smoking room because we were with our kids and we got a room that reeked of cigarettes. This is an extended stay hotel so it had that weird vibe. Good price though and was ok to just spend a night. But definitely felt uneasy - especially with a a broken lock to the patio door..

Value for money

The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The apartment was adequate for our needs for an overnight stay. There were a couple of things that should have been picked up by cleaning staff (a curtain hanging off the rail and a non-working extractor in the toilet) and I did report back to reception about this and a note was made. Hopefully these will be rectified before the next guests take up residence. Overall the rooms cleanliness was good. We never used the kitchen or utensils so I’ve no idea about this aspect. The pool was good and we did all have a swim. To sum up: for a short stay this was excellent value for money.

Studio famille propre et fonctionnel avec une literie confortable. Personnel a l'écoute. La piscine était un peu froide car pas chauffée. Pour le prix de la nuit, il pourrait y avoir un petit coffret café et thé à disposition dans le studio quand même... La localisation est idéale pour aller visiter le Bassin d'Arcachon.

Très déçue par cette résidence hôtelière très mal entretenue. A l'arrivée, la réceptionniste était très professionnelle et très souriante, point positif avec la citronnade proposée. Le logement quant à lui n'est pas top: exigu,balcon collé aux fenêtres des autres logements: vis à vis insupportable, le logement est exigu et ne correspond pas aux photos. La balcon est salle, pas entretenu. Le dessous du lit pas nettoyé. Guêpes dès que l'on sort de la nourriture, impossible de petit déjeuner sur le balcon. Local à poubelles infesté de guêpes aussi. Espaces extérieurs pas nettoyés: mégots, feuilles mortes partout, aucune plante mais de la poussière à la place des espaces verts. De la piscine sympa, vu sur les balcons et façades qui mériteraient un coup de peinture. Je ne recomma pas cette résidence.

Chambre insalubre poussière partout pas faite depuis un long moment, le sol également notre petit bébé de 9 mois n’a pas pu être au sol. La terrasse extérieur très salle chaise et table collante. Odeur du linge moisi avec des taches. Vous demander un café à 6h30 du matin personne à la réception on vous envoies comme message aller à la mie câline à côté. Le parking est comble de racine partout pour circuler en voiture ou avec une enfant très difficile.

pas de climatisation malgré la canicule pas possible de laisser chambre ouvert car au rez de chaussée paume de douche dévissée, bloc prise defait j'avais réservé une chambre double et me retrouve avec 2 petits lits et une chambre spéciale handicapée pas demandée hélicoptères venu 2 fois car se trouve à cote de l'hôpital- bruit affreux à 3H49 du matin petit dej correct bref je ne reviendrais jamais plus
