Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to everyone wanting to enjoy the Torrevieja area. See you all in 2 weeks!

My fave hotel to stay in everything was perfect! View of salt lakes from Pink terrace is beautiful. Room cleanliness outstanding. Friendly staff. Delicious cocktails, sangria and cappuccinos. Food very tasty - my favourite meal was spaghetti carbonara! Reception areas spotless.

Lovely hotel, very clean and bright and restaurant food is amazing. If I had to give a negative, we stayed in room 207, directly above reception and you could hear the staff sometimes through the night talking and shutting doors. Would stay at hotel again but not that room.

Property was really clean and room was quite spacious. Large bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as ‘hot food’ was quite cold!! Choice of cold meats and cheeses also choice of pastries. No tea/coffee facility in the room which was quite disappointing. Overall, stay was good and would stay again. Pink bar on rooftop has a spectacular view over the salt lakes and also houses the nice swimming pool.

Half term break

I enjoyed an amazing October half term break with my daughter. Room was perfect, two huge single beds that were very comfy, air-con, fridge and large wardrobe. Room spotless, cleaned and towels replaced every day. Terrific views of the salt lakes/pink lagoons. Enjoyed many cocktails at the Terraza Pink Cafe. Staff very helpful - ordered many taxis for us!

The room was good. The mattress was uncomfortable, but I was too tired to complain. Only one night there, so no much to experience. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant seemed nice. The smell from the close sewage plant was hard to missed but I understood it only works late at night. The hotel is very clean, however it is in the middle of nowhere. If there happens to be a function on, they will close off the dining room etc to paying guests. The Wi-Fi is beyond slow. I stay at this hotel regularly 4 or 5 times a year. I have previously been promised by the management that children are only allowed in the Spa during morning sessions. My Spa was spoilt by a child being allowed in halfway through the afternoon session. His loud shrieking in the pool could be heard inside the sauna! Jumping about and splashing other people does not make for a relaxing experience. In the evening we went to the bar, as we always do, to enjoy a drink sitting on the terrace. Could not believe the rudeness of the waiter. He just said "No, not possible" and walked off!. We eventually managed to get a drink and sit inside at the bar, having been told that the outside terrace was reserved for people eating. We had the opportunity to watch and listen to the appalling attitude of this waiter and a female member of staff. They were extremely rude to everyone, one poor hotel guest asked to see the menu, he was told "no, not for you tonight". Another couple wanted to sit in the restaurant for their dinner, but were told no, and they had to sit in the bar. A different couple wanted to sit outside with a bottle of wine. They were rudely told to go to the upstairs bar to get a bottle of wine, and that they could not sit outside. I have never in my life heard hotel staff treating guests so badly. It was disgusting, I don't know how they manage to keep their jobs.

We stayed here for two nights based on reviews, however we felt it was in the middle of nowhere. Had to wait an hour for a bus into town. Also I’ve never had to pay for pool towels at any hotel I’ve stayed at around the world but here they charge you 3 Euros and don’t allow you to bring your room towel to the pool. But the worst thing was when we asked the reception about the markets on Friday and they told my husband it was on Saturday not Friday so we missed the markets, we also asked them about the salt lakes and they just gave us a pamphlet and told us to ring them. Most hotels are aware of and know tourist attractions and if they don’t know they will call and find out information for you. But not here and the telephone in your room doesn’t make calls outside so you have to use your own phone and if you’re from outside Europe it’s costly. The breakfast was decent but again at a cost. The hotel itself is modern & has a rooftop pool, though the pool and spa are not heated and were ice cold so not really useable. The hotel does have views to the salt lake but if you want to go and see the lake you have to go into town and get a tour from there. We had one dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. But the misinformation about the markets was very disappointing.
