It wasn’t great. Our door didn’t close most of the time so we had to use the lock, it looked like the lock may have been broken at some point. When we checked in and went to the room the door was already open. The hotel isn’t in the best condition outside. The elevator didn’t work the morning we were leaving so we had to carry the luggage. We only stayed 2 days so I didn’t say anything but wouldn’t stay for a long trip.

Great stay for my daughter and her friend for her 22nd birthday. Beautiful room, great service and the girls felt the staff was friendly, the location was perfect and they felt safe the entire stay.

Do not stay here unless you are desperate! We had to put towels under both doors b/c you could see the outside. The lamp shades were brown. The kitchen was busted. The entire paint job was coming off the cabinets with unnecessary screws drilled into the drawer. The shower was gross. The chairs on the balcony were dingy and broken. Need I say more??? Oh yes and there were gnats as well…

Parking spaces very limited and the parking across the street was not across street. Had to go down street turn around and go back to park. The girl working in office was not friendly and no help. Trash cans full. Place where you hose off sand was limited and only a shower head. The shower in our room was molded so bad we had to wipe off to use. Rooms are only serviced if you request so you go to office with your used towels to get clean towels. You go to office for toilet paper,coffees and trash bags.we stayed 5 nights and will not go back

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant about the choice I made booking here. I hate that other people had a bad trip but I have nothing bad to say. We stayed on the 5th floor, elevator worked, hot water worked (very very well), the view was amazing. Yes it’s a little on the old side, but I wasn’t sleeping outside on the patio, or the sidewalk so that didn’t bother me one bit. I would definitely stay here again.

The room wasn’t cleaned. Carpet was sticky, roaches and roach poop on the walls and outlets. Had to have maintenance come unclog the tub. It wouldn’t drain for 2 days. The door was literally hanging from the hinges. Elevator “broke” down, which one of our family members is wheelchair bound and can’t go without it. I believe they locked it from operation so only housekeeping could access it. She was stuck without access to our 3rd floor room for most of the day. I reserved a ground floor room 2 weeks before we arrived. When I arrived the room was sold to another person and there was nothing the staff could do because they said only a manager could help. Which the manager wasn’t there my entire stay. Housekeeping never visited my room the 3 days we stayed. The staff was horribly rude and showed no compassion to our handicapped needs.

If you're look for a cheap stay and have low expectations it aint bad. The door handle to our room was about ready to fall off and access cards wouldnt work half the time. Screws loose in bathroom door which made it hard to close/open.The wi-fi in our room was basically non existent and we used mobile hotspot on our phones to watch tv. Cant say i wouldnt stay again but its definitely not gonna be a first round pick.
