Not worth the money

I had to switch rooms because the first room appeared not to be cleaned fully. The towels were not folded. They were looking as if they were used from the previous person. The bathroom had mold the TV didn’t work. It wasn’t connected to the Internet. You can smell the mold throughout the room.

Last time

The room was very small for the price. Lighting wasn't good at all. Also when in the bathroom the light switch is behind door and you have to go all the way in bathroom and shut door before you could get to the switch. Ants all over balcony.

Good time. Not perfect.

When we checked in we were put in a room that has poor tv and the wi fi was non existent. I insisted on getting what I paid for and ended up being moved to a different room with an extra bed upgrade. Only a 10 dollar per night upgrade. The tv was still sub standard. I did like the location. Convenient to walk to many things. The beach was great. I would stay there again but I would like to have the two Queen beds on the bottom floor. Don’t accept room 209!

The hotel its self was decent, but we had no WiFi and the elevator was broken majority of the trip. The staff were nice. The water pressure was terrible and the ac was not great. The beach is pretty, and not crowded. Views are amazing! Property could use a good deep clean.

Only recommendation, a broom! Ha! The room was clean and free of scents or mold. The front staff were all pleasant to interact with. The only 'complaints" I have would be the sand from the beachy breeze sneaking in and the lack of steady internet in my room.

The hotel pictures that were advertised, didn't meet the actual room..The room we booked was something out of the 70's.We didn't stay overnight..The hotel associated that checked me in was nice and accomadated a refund for the 3 nights, that were booked...

Never again

I'll begin this review by stating this reservation was booked last minute, 5 days before 4th of July weekend so most hotels were already fully booked. That being said, this place left a lot to be desired... The elevator has no A/C and was hot as you know what, the door to the room either stuck or wouldn't open, appliances were dirty, bathroom was gross, sheets were stained with blood (I went to walmart and purchased sheets, blankets, etc), pool was dirty. The only saving grace was that the staff was extremely kind and helpful. This is the sort of place you end up staying because there are absolutely no other hotels available.

The pictures that are posted of this establishment look nothing like the actual rooms. The staff was not helpful, parking was awful, and I definitely do not recommend.

We have stayed here many times in the past with no problems. Not this time. No mattress pad on the bed. Floors were disgusting. The chairs had about an inch of dust on them. Pillows stink. Pool chairs were falling apart. No place to rinse off good after the beach. Just a little trickle of water in a sand pit. Definitely our last visit there.

The pictures were nothing like the room we had, the room was quite small compared to pictures online the floor was not very clean none of the outlets worked not much water pressure. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Poorly run and dirty

While location is everything, price should reflect a declining unkempt property. So poorly run. The staff are app.foreign from Jamaica and couldn't care less about having the lack of soap conditioner shampoo etc in the room.

Photos are deceiving

The photos and the ratings are very deceiving. The rooms are not clean. They are very small and areas need to be repaired. We continuously had to have our key reprogrammed to get into our room. The doors were rusted so you had to slam them to close. There are no doormats to keep from tracking in so much sand and there is nothing in the rooms to sweep the sand up. The best part about Bikini Beach Resort were the swings out by the tiki bar.
