Located at Shin Osaka station with a direct entrance from the station. Stayed for 1 night for a quick layover after coming from Kansai airport. The Shin Osaka station has direct access to the Shinkansen train to Tokyo, so I decided to stay here. Staff at the front desk spoke English and helped me check in and was able to provide recommendations in the area. Room wasn’t large but it was suitable for a quick stay for myself. Hotel provided stuff needed for the bathroom.

Can I get paid for doing you Check-in job for you?

remm Hotels are always comfortable. But their checkin system is lacking in common sense. Needs a staff member to walk you through the checkin process. How silly is that? So now I'm doing their job for them while they point to what I have to do on the screen. Just go back to the old way of you doing your job and I'll be the customer. Of fix your technology so a child can use it.
