房間非常舊，與圖片相差很大，而且走廊至房間都有異味 冷氣機會噴水 隔音很差，晚上其他住客出入都聽得很清楚

對於價錢平又有按摩浴缸既房，本身冇太大期望，但住落唔錯，幾好，床夠大，房又幾舒服，而且近海灘，街又有好多野食，絕對抵住，下次去布吉會再住多次

I enter the hotel at around 12noon and gave the reception my passport. she took my passport for around 5 mins and told me to come back at 2pm for the room ready, which is totally reasonable. so here I am return the hotel at 2 p.m. and she ask me for passport again. and i waited for another few mins. and I started to wonder what is the wait for? I thought I checked in the first time already. reception told me last visit was not check in..... I saw the reception was looking at the paper slip (which is for the immigration when I departure the country) she asked me to fill in the information. and I told her that paper slip is for the immigration. it's none of your business I refuse to fill in and then she gives up. Secondly, she ask me to fill the registration card. again I refuse to do so… that should be her job!! I worked in the hotel industry this is the first time i get ask to fill in the registration card. The card should be ready for the guests to sign only! in my opinion that's quite lazy.

They are in a prime location but the staff is really unfriendly. The day I was leaving I ordered a cab/taxi through them so I could make it to my midnight flight. I came downstairs 10mins before my cab to drop off the keys and they checked my hotel. They said my towels were dirty (of course, I stayed 4/5days there and they didn't give me new ones or refill toilet paper) and tried to charge me to not wash but BUY new towels. I told them you can wash the towels, you have to wash your linens anyways but my taxi is here i have to go. They almost made me miss the cab I pre-ordered/paid for over towels. Meh. There are other hotels ,plenty actually in this area,for the same exact price (my friends paid for) with a much more professional staff.

We stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2017. The hotel is very conveniently located at the Soi Sansabai, the road going straight from the famous Bangla Road at Patong and just 5-7 mins walking from the beach. It is a busy street with lots of restaurants from all over for good lunch/dinner options. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The best part is the private Jacuzzi in the room, which helps you relax after a tiring day full of Phuket activities. The staff is friendly and helping. Only one issue is that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but you have to walk a few metres to reach the nearby restaurant for breakfast. But Seven eleven and other stores are just a stones throw away. Overall, a good budget hotel for stay at Patong in Phuket.

the room for the price was good..However book online and get better rate..did hear the building work outside the hotel from the widow @ thai boxing you can hear on the 4 floor .good wifi on that floor.. if your there when it rains make sure you have big boots as it's outside the hotel it will cover up to your ankle..but it's still hot .
