Apartments are close to the bus and train stations and the city centre - you can walk wherever you want to go
Check in was easy and was able to do so early. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, with comfortable bed and pillows, good bathroom, TV (Italian only), air-conditioning, small kitchen (hotplates but only large pots/pans).
There were little annoying things that are easily fixed like a stovetop coffeemaker but no jug (provided after asking), only 3 prong power outlets (they provided an adaptor on request) and none in the kitchen. No tea/coffee supplies. Wifi was pretty weak at times.
One free large bottle of water, other items cost €. You also get a free drink at the rooftop bar of their sister hotel.
Room was a little noisy (but didn't need earplugs) as it is near reception and noise from shower/toilet in apartment above as well as bright lights from courtyard (on until 2am - windows only have sheer curtains and shutters).
Would I stay there again, yes, and it could be a 10 if little things were fixed, like a jug, powerpoints/adaptors, better wifi and lights in the courtyard on a timer switch.
