Bed and breakfast really lovely. Very clean and bed so comfortable. Breakfast amazing and Vickie so friendly and welcoming.

The property was situated on a busy main road with on road parking and a permit provided by B&B , which was hassle free. We booked room 4 on the first floor.The room was clean, spacious, light and airy. There was an eco shower in the shower cubicle with complimentary toiletries. The bedroom was provided with tea and coffee making facilities. The menue was good and the american pancakes ordered scrumptious. Vickie, the proprietor was welcoming, warm and friendly.

Had a lovely stay at this Penrith hotel. The owner went that extra mile to provide parking in a heavily restricted area. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Great shower and fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend A****

Hosts Vickie and Gary were terrific. I left my phone in the cab and Gary very kindly made a few phone calls, determined who the cab driver was, found that the cab driver had my phone, and drove me back to the train station to retrieve it from the cabby. Vicky‘s breakfasts were superb and my room was everything I could hope for. Thank you, Vicky and Gary, for a wonderful introduction to Penrith.

Vickie was very warm and welcoming. The room is lovely, a nice touch to have a chocolate on your pilow. The standout was the breakfast, one of the best ive had in a b&b.

A 5 min walk from the station but convenient to everything. We were a little early on checking in but it wasn’t a problem. The host is pleasant and helpful. It is of coarse an old building so the floor creeks but Double pane windows make it a nice quiet place. I wish we were staying longer.

Vicky the owner was so very welcoming and friendly. The property was very nice and suited us perfectly. The breakfasts were fantastic. I would highly recommend Vicky and her B&B and will happily return there when next in the area. Thank you Vicky

A fabulous stay. Easy walk into the centre of town. Host was really helpful and recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner. Room was beautiful with the added bonus of robes. Breakfast was amazing. Excellent value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Arrived after a days riding round the north of England, can’t fault the property, rooms clean and fresh, good place to stay with local facilities within walking distance.
