I’ve traveled extensively around the world, both for business and pleasure, and I can confidently say that this is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The level of service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional. Everyone spoke excellent English, and the entire property was clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.
Although we couldn’t get a late check-out due to full occupancy, the staff kindly allowed us to relax by the pool as long as we liked, which made a big difference. There were a couple of small hiccups during our stay, but they were resolved quickly — and we were even given thoughtful gifts as a gesture of goodwill.
We dined at the buffet twice — a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and variety made it worthwhile. We didn’t try the spa as the pricing was higher than in Europe, but it’s nice to have the option. The hotel is conveniently located — taxis are affordable, and the subway felt completely safe during the daytime.
All in all, this hotel was a true highlight of our India trip (well, aside from the Taj Mahal of course!). I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium, hassle-free, and memorable stay.
