The room arranged to us has a noticeably steep slope in its structure, which made it feel really disorienting. The exhaust fan was incredibly loud and vibrated a lot. Using the bathroom felt like being on a boat. As soon as we stepped into the room, we felt dizzy, and the feeling lasted the whole night. We chose to stay out and returned to the room at late night. It was an uncomfortable stay overall. Perhaps, other single rooms are better which we didn’t know. BTW, the service of the restaurant is good.

great looking hotel from the outside, but very dated in the room, my room was on a tilt and the bed mattres was so lumpy and uncomfotable, the walls were thin and heard everything

Asked for two singles, so took a back of the hotel room to accommodate this to find two singles together with no room to separate them, so a double really with separate quilts. The back of the building is by a bus depot so if you opened the window it was even noisier. Not impressed for £96.

We stayed on the top floor which is very quirky with sloped floors and the furniture cut to the shape , its very clean, the breakast was very good value for money and the staff are lovely and helpful, it was quiet and you didn't know your neighbour was in until they slammed the door coming in , if I was to change anything about this hotel it would only be to paint and decorate it , it needs a little tlc but all in all a lovely place for a base in the lovely Worthing.

I'm afraid this property is very dated none of the floors are level, they are all slanted due to the age of the building. The rooms are extremely dated, the bathroom are from the 1960s. Our bed was on an angled floor, meaning are feet were higher than our heads. The hotel needs extensive renovation and the price is too high for what we paid for.

A very comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights stay at the Chatsworth. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic location for both beach and town centre. Very good value, would definitely stay again.

As WE ARE IN OUR 70s the room was not suitable for someone of that age as the stairs leading to the room had a very bad slope ands my partner nearly fell this was also the same in our room , which was all very hot even when I was able to turn the radiator down

The hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment. It was not worth the £102 I paid for a nights stay

We were recommended the hotel by a local friend. It’s tired. We were upgraded to a garden view room- noisy with the road and the lifts and a bed with springs that need replacing. The shower was a nightmare to off and the batteries in the remote didn’t work.

Positiv: Fast direkt am Meer gelegen, gegenüber ein kleiner Park. Das gebuchte Familienzimmer war über eine schmale Stiege zu erreichen, die ebenso wie das Zimmer aufgrund der total schrägen Böden, Decken und Wände als abenteuerlich zu bezeichnen ist. Zweifelhaft, ob das ein deutsches Bauamt noch zulassen würde. Parken vor dem Haus mit Parkuhren. Sehr gutes englisches Frühstück. Ideal, wenn man Brighton besuchen möchte und dort nichts bezahlbares findet. Empfehlung: Fast vor dem Hotel ist die Haltestelle einer Buslinie zu den anderen Küstenorten. Nicht nach Brighton mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug fahren, einen Parkplatz zu finden, ist ein Sechser im Lotto, insbesondere mit Dachbox.
