Never stayed there. In making my reservations, Hotels.com interchanges hotels from San Jose Costa Rica and San Jose California. So when you’re looking for the best price, you may not realize you booked a hotel in a foreign country. So when I asked for a refund, they refused, even though I had booked another room in San Jose California, using their platform, after I realized the mistake. What a terrible customer service position to take. Will now have to cancel payment with my CC company because Hotels.com refuses to do the right thing!
