The place was clearly dated, but everything was in working order and everything was clean (aside from old stains in the carpet). For the price, this was the best place we have stayed in. Of course we have stayed in a lot nicer places, but we also paid a lot more for them. Wd felt safe here and they had a decent breakfast. The location was close to gas stations and food so it was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again the next time we plan to do another WI river float trip.

The room was clean and well-prepared. Sadly, the light gray carpet shows lots of stains which takes away from the overall impression of the room. The motel doesn't have an ice machine, but gives out small bags of ice when requested. The refrigerator froze everything I put into it, and I couldn't figure out what setting to use to avoid that. The shower was nice and strong. The towels and soap bars were cheap. Shampoo was provided but not conditioner. The staff was friendly. The location was quiet. We got what we paid for.

Look let’s start with place is fairly no frills, but that’s not a bad thing what they do have is good. The staff is top notch. I would have liked better options for the breakfast.
