We had a short stay. Property was good, location was great. We had issue with a/c not cooling. It was uncomfortable for us to get ready for our event. When we returned it was better, not great. If we were staying longer we would not have been ok with it. Staff was friendly, property clean.

Room was clean but only had 2 bath towels asked the staff lady and she said they didn’t have any bath towels only small ones. And the check in staff was not very friendly definitely needs more training receiving patrons.

The hotel is a cheap option to stay near the casino. The property was not staffed and dirty, the front door trash went from full to overflowing in a 1/2 days time. The pool looked like it was abandoned in place last season, the snack area was empty (no water for guest to buy). Room was clean and worked for what I needed. I would stay again but don't expect anymore than a room and a bed. Breakfast was a waffle and cereal as the only two items.

The room was hot the unit by the window was not working but when I checked out they told me there was an individual thermostat by the bathroom door which I did not see so I'll never know if it was broke or not it was 78 to 80° in the room I recommend not getting in the bed not using the bathroom facilities until you get your room checked out when things are in question like this
