Very friendly staff. I was greeted with popcorn, warm cookies and chilled bottled water. The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked. My room stayed cool. My only complaint was the water temperature would only go above warm. If you like a hot shower you won’t have one there. The breakfast was very good and fresh. There was a good variety of hot choices as well as the famous hotel yogurt.

Noisy heating/cooling unit; same most places. Did not drink water in room. Heavy smell of chlorine-type chemical. Also, time to deep clean dryer filters. America: it is time to put the microwave on the counter, not over the stove. I'm aging, and shorter than I used to be!

My stay was really a pleasant one. The two young ladies checked me in on Thursday was awesome.The both of them made it so easy. I didn't get the young lady name, it was around between 1:00 to 3:00pm can't remember the exact time, on Friday a Caucasian young lady was placing cookies in the tray, didn't have the most pleasant attitude toward me, asked a question her response very nice nasty. I have stayed here twice and will again. However, The hotel does need some attention to the carpets and tile by elevators on second floor. The room was clean and what I have come to expect with Home2, yet the bed in the room was awful. It had a huge suken place in it and needs to be upgraded. Staff is friendly, except for night guy. He doesn't offer much in the way of help unles you ask. Doesn't seem to enjoy his job much. I stay at Home2 by Hilton in many states. Most are great to excellent. The location I would give a 5. The day staff a 5. Night guy a 3. Bed a 1. Room a 4. Carpets in the hotels halls a 1. Places to eat close a 5.

Stayed in room 341 and the hotel should be ashamed of the dirty office chair in that room. So many visible stains on the seat and the whole foam ripped off the arm piece. It’s so gross. Please throw this chair away, as it makes the whole room feel like it’s dirtier than it really is. The room would feel a lot cleaner without this office chair in there at all. Other than that… The check in girl was real nice, the breakfast was decent, and the room was large.

The hotel overall is very clean and modern. The desk agent was super helpful and offered us free bottled waters to take up to the room. He pointed out to us the various things down in the lobby area we may want to use while her. The room was very clean and comfy! I would definitely stay here again!

The only reason I’m giving a four star is because the bathroom in our room had splatters on the wall and the toilet paper holder had been completely ripped off. I made sure the lady up front knew about it just in case I was charged. She was very helpful and apologetic when I checked out. The night shift front desk from the night before when I checked in was also very respectful and very nice too. Had warm cookies and free popcorn available.
