Amazing gem in the heart of St. Pete. Staff is friendly. Loved the central location. Parked car and did not use during our stay. We took the Looper, free trolley, that is across the street. Highly recommend. We will return.

A wonderful experience in all aspects. We loved the hotel, pool, food and beverage, and the staff is amazing! The location is within walking distance to so many things that we were able to do everything we wanted without a car. Great place will stay there again!

It's a great place to meet a friend downtown for some local exploring. close to the Pier and beach drive...close to museums and great little restaurants. Very walkable.

Stayed for one night in town for a concert at Jannus live. Parking was a bit difficult when we arrived as the pool party was going on , but after about 2 minutes we found a spot. I was concerned after reading the negative reviews about the pool party, however it really was not a big deal, the music could be heard from the room a bit, but the hotel ensures that the pool party does not go late and it ends at a perfectly reasonable time. AC in the room worked amazing. Free water bottles at the front desk was a very nice touch as well. Bathroom was on the small side but completely adequate. Hot water was not an issue. TV in room. It is a an antique building so the footsteps could be heard from the room, but again it did not bother either one of us during bed time. The breakfast and coffee shop next door was delicious and I would recommend that to anyone staying. Overall it was a very cute and quaint hotel with a lot of charm and I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area !

The hotel was great. Our only complaint was the window air conditioner did not work well and our room was hot and sticky. The rooms were quiet though and I loved all the hotel amenities, especially the free bottled water. The location was great and hotel restaurant also excellent!

We love it here! We come every year for my birthday the last 4 years and it’s perfect. Rooms are great, customer service is great, pool, bar, food and location! We love it all! See you next year!

Charming boutique hotel in downtown St. Pete. Our room was quite small, but had a huge comfortable bed and included a microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was also small but comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good. Easy walk to a couple of museums and the downtown arts district.

It was the best hotel in St.Pete. ... The owners and management and staff go out of there way to make you feel like home and the downstairs area makes you want to come out of the amazing rooms already and the restaurant and spa are amazing

Just wanted to say how nice and friendly every employee is!!! It is so noticeable. All maids, bar tenders, servers, front desk people, were friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure!
